Holding this poem for a journal or a contest? Most will not take work that has already appeared somewhere publicly readable, and first publication rights cannot be got back by deleting the poem later. Members-only, the default below, is the reversible choice — closer to a private critique group, which some journals explicitly allow. Public is readable by anyone and indexed by search engines, which most journals treat as prior publication. If a poem is going out on submission, the safe course is not to post it here until it has been placed.

Free, all of it — posting, editing, tagging, being read. There is no paid tier and no way to buy a poem's placement, so the only thing that moves a poem up a list is somebody taking the time to write about it.
