Every report, and what came of it.
Open ones first. Nothing is handled off the record, and the reason a report was upheld or dismissed is written next to it — including the decisions that turn out to be wrong.
What a moderator can do: warn an author, hide a poem or response so it drops out of the lists, remove it so the text is no longer shown, or ban an account from publishing. Nothing is deleted, every action is published below with its reason, and a removed poem keeps its page and says what happened to it. There is no quiet demotion: placement is decided by one printed rule, and pushing something down without saying so would make that rule a lie.
